Nothing in this section limits any legal responsibility that Makeen or another party may have under applicable law.
7. Agreements for Products and Services
Any agreement concerning the purchase of products, installation, construction, repairs, financing, payment, scheduling, warranties, cancellation, or other project work is between you and the relevant provider unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Makeen is not a party to an agreement between you and an independent provider solely because Makeen generated, referred, sold, or distributed the lead that resulted in the relationship.
You are responsible for reviewing the provider's contract and confirming the scope of work, price, payment schedule, warranties, cancellation rights, and other terms before authorizing work.
Any dispute concerning the provider's products, services, workmanship, charges, or contractual obligations should be addressed with the relevant provider, subject to any rights you may have against Makeen or another party under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms waives legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
